After a career in the NHS and Charity Sector managing people and teams I trained as a Coach. I’ve always enjoyed helping people to develop and grow in knowledge, skills, and confidence.
My story probably isn’t too different from yours. I know what it’s like to feel lost, exhausted, trapped, with no energy to think about doing things differently. Working with a coach changed my life.
Having seen the benefits of coaching in my own life I work with clients to help them make changes and get up every morning with a spring in their step.
I set up my coaching practice in 2016 and work on the phone and online (Zoom) with clients and organisations in Leicestershire, Rutland and around the U.K.
