You long to make changes in your life but have no idea where or how to start.
You’re wondering if you’re where you want to be, but you don’t really know where that is.
You don’t know what you enjoy anymore, what you’d do if you really had a choice. Instead you go with the flow and fit in with other people.
You’ve done well in your career so far but you’re starting to feel unfulfilled and a bit lost.
You’re tired. Keeping all the balls in the air at work, at home, in relationships. Its exhausting. You don’t feel you’re giving your best to anything.
You don’t tell anyone how you’re feeling. You keep up appearances, worried that others might judge or think you ungrateful.
You just keeping going. You tell yourself it will be different tomorrow, next week, next year. You just need to get organised and manage things better.
Accepting people for who they are. Not judging. Being curious about our differences.
Being open. Being my word. Keeping my promises. Doing what I say I’ll do.
My preferred state. How I choose to live my life where I can. It’s what I offer in my coaching too.
Continually looking for ways to learn, grow and develop for myself, and encouraging others too.
Striving to be the best I can at what I do.
I’m a listener and asker of questions, working with people to help them get the best from their life.
After a career in the NHS and Charity Sector managing people and teams I trained as a Coach. I’ve always enjoyed helping people to develop and grow in knowledge, skills and confidence.
My story probably isn’t too different from yours. I know what its like to feel lost, exhausted, trapped, with no energy to think about doing things differently. Working with a coach changed my life.
Having seen the benefits of coaching in my own life I work with clients to help them make changes and get up every morning with a spring in their step.
I set up my coaching practice in 2016 and work from my home office in South Leicestershire coaching face to face and on Skype.
When I’m not coaching you can find me running, cycling, listening to a podcast or watching the latest TV boxset.
